Principal Accountant - HRA
Got a Local Authority client looking for some support with their HRA. It will be responsible for the whole HRA, including the Capital side with 1x Accountant as a direct report.
Come about due to a retirement, ideal start date would be mid to late July.
Main responsibilities of the role:
- HRA Business Plan
- Budget setting and monitoring
- Close-down process
- Building and maintaining a relationship with the housing service
Fully remote role, £450-£550/day, 6 month initial contract for an authority in the Northwest
