Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to HR
• Manage the performance review process and ensure it is carried out effectively
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture
• Handle employee grievances and resolve issues promptly
• Work closely with management to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation

Profile

• Proven experience in a similar HR role ideally within the industrial/manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
