A meat manufacturer in the Derbyshire area is looking for a Hygiene Team Leader to oversee the food safety and hygiene overnight from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of Hygiene Operatives
- Conducting investigations
- Staff development, training, probations and on-boarding
- Validating CIC's
- Assisting in the preparation for various types of audits
What you will need:
- At least Level 2 food hygiene qualification
- Previous experience supervising a Hygiene team
- Previously worked in the food industry
- COSHH experience
