T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client located near Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a Team Leader to join their team on a Permanent basis.

Team Leader Job Details & Benefits;

• £29,852.16 per annum to start increasing to £31,373.16 per annum after a successful probationary period (Weekly pay)
• Extra overtime opportunities available – hours worked after 39 are paid at 1.5, hours worked after 44 are paid at double time
• Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm and Friday 6am-1pm

Team Leader Job Details;

• Prepare the shop floor for daily production
• Review production set-ups for accuracy and quality requirements
• Monitor daily production
• Ensure all employees follow health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist in health & safety or quality investigations
• Perform stock takes
• Ensure document control is being completed properly
• Communicate with other departments
• Develop a strong understanding of the manufacturing process
• Must have some basic understanding of Outlook, Teams and Excel (Full training on internal ERP system will be provided)

The environment is dusty, loud, and labour intense therefore applicants need to be physically fit.

Team Leader Person Specification;

• Previous Team Leader experience is essential
• Experience within manufacturing/production would be advantageous
• Strong H&S awareness is required
• Must be physically fit due to the nature of the business
• Strong attention to detail and ability to record accurate information
