Job Title:  Document Controller

Excellent opportunity for an experienced document controller or senior administrator from a manufacturing / engineering environment.
 

We have worked with this client for several years; they offer a first class working environment and the opportunity to work in the Manufacturing sector.

Document controller – Main Duties:

  • Compiling and submitting Customer MRBs – Manufacturing Record Books, ensuring that all documents are included, and they have been reviewed for completeness and acceptability. Responding to MRB comments in good time.
  • Producing ‘Travellers’ – shopfloor documentation packs. Uploading information into customer portals.
  • Managing documents received in the company’s document control email address e.g. forwarding revised drawings to the relevant project manager.
  • Organising transportation, producing delivery notes. Drafting ITP – Inspection Test Plans.
  • Submitting NOI – Notice of Inspections to customers, as required.
  • Produce stencilling and masking. Ordering Stationary.
  • Ordering PPE e.g. safety shoes.

They require a Document Controller with a minimum 1 years’ experience.

Hours of work: Nights: 19.00 - 05.45 Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications / Skills/ Experience:

A minimum of 1 years experience in Document control.
