IT Mobilisation Manager / Mobilisation / Permanent / Hybrid / North West

Vivo Talent is working with an organisation that is rapidly growing and both internally and externally and requires an IT Mobilisation Manager to join the team to facilitate this.

You will play a key role in working with the business to successfully set up and configure new client contracts on their works management systems while supporting their business development teams.

This is a great opportunity for a self-starter and driven individual to be part of a senior management team and make a difference within a business.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilising new client contracts as part of a wider mobilisation team - you will be the SME and take ownership of workstreams
• Improve data quality through controls and measures
• Drive operational standardisation through practices around mobilisation
• Maintain a forward-thinking approach with all new and current mobilisations

Key Skills

• Proven track record in property services or FM - expertise in systems such as MRI & AccuSery is extremely beneficial
• Self-motivated and driven to ensure success
• Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced and reactive environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
