Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various electrical projects. Your role is crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Residential and Commercial background preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide training and support to team members as needed.
  • Budget Management:
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Identify and manage project risks and opportunities to stay within budget.
  • Quality Control:
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
  • Health and Safety:
  • Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Promote a safe working environment and culture.
  • Client Communication:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports.
  • Address client concerns and requests promptly.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in both commercial and residential settings.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
