Requirements
- As a key member of the team/ Chef you will have Qualifications relevant to the position.
The successful candidate should additionally have the following:
· In-depth understanding of volume, quality restaurant kitchen operations.
· Passionate about food, drink and the hospitality industry
· Awareness of and adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation
· Excellent communication skills.
