Design & Technology Teacher (Full-time)

£30,000 - £46,525 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

A large secondary school in Norris Green is seeking to appoint a Design & Technology Teacher specialising in resistant materials and hospitality for KS3-KS4 levels. The successful candidate will join an established team and should have a strong teaching profile, with experience in Design Technology and/or Art, including product design with wood, plastic, fabrics, and metal at the GCSE level. This full-time role begins in September 2024 and extends at least until December 2024. The school received a 'Good' rating in its most recent Ofsted inspection, with commendations for pupil behavior and strong leadership.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have;

-          Hold QTS in the UK

-          Experience of working with KS3 and KS4 levels

-          Confidence in teaching the current curriculum

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
