Software Development Team Lead (Aviation Industry)

Location: Fully Remote within the UK

HartleyCo is supporting an established and innovative company in the aviation industry who are seeking a dynamic Software Development Team Lead to drive their agile development process and inspire their growing team.

Role Overview:

As a Software Development Team Lead, you will play a mostly hands-off role in ensuring the success of the development projects. Your focus will be on running sprints, providing technical direction and guidance, facilitating stand-ups, and resolving conflicts within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the software development team through effective sprint planning and execution.
• Provide technical direction and guidance, leveraging your knowledge in C#, .Net Core, SQL, Javascript and Azure.
• Run daily stand-ups and ensure clear communication across the team.
• Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven background in software engineering, particularly with C#, .Net Core, and Azure.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in running sprints and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work fully remote within the UK.
