Required

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care
•  2 years experience in Residential Childcare

Job Description

• Communicating goals and deadlines to colleagues, ensuring clear and consistent information regarding the needs, risks, and relevant details of young people and children.
• Planning workloads and delegating tasks to colleagues through communication platforms and direct interactions.
• Creating a productive work environment by offering high levels of support, fostering trust, and implementing effective strategies to promote positive outcomes and development.
• Assessing team performance and providing constructive feedback to employees on their performance and learning progress.
