Their robust support system includes a comprehensive two-year program, educational sessions, and internal mock exams designed to ensure rates are higher than the RICS average by a considerable margin.
The successful candidate will be engaged in a variety of local authority projects, consisting of commercial, blue light, education, and healthcare sectors. The building surveying team works on projects with budgets up to £5million, overseeing the entire process. Focusing on design and contract administration on projects such as lifecycle replacements, internal refits, and remodelling.
