What you'll be doing
- Answering the office phone
- Preparing invoices
- Chasing invoices
- Client liaising, collecting personal information of new clients, sending out contractual agreement letters.
- Payroll
- Managing and maintaining job sheet
- General office management, keeping track of employee holidays, sick days, supplies etc
- Calander organising
What we are looking for
- Good IT skills, an work accurately with attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skill
- Previous experience dealing with accounts and payroll
- Previous experience working in a construction/design consultancy office
