Job Title: Chemical Process Operator

Salary: £38,000 on appointment
Due to a long-term trend of increased orders a large COMAH plant is looking for Process Operators to run and maintain process plant equipment. Ensuring the achievement of safety, environmental, volume, quality, and cost objectives.

- Offer expertise in problem-solving to resolve issues and sustain continuous plant operation seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate records of process information to ensure operational compliance within specified parameters.
- Coordinate the requisition of process raw materials and maintenance parts to minimize downtime effectively.
- Provide training to fellow team members in their respective job tasks.
- Actively participate in improvement initiatives and conduct shift handovers as necessary.
- City & Guilds plant operations part I & II (or equivalent)
- Process Operations NVQ Level 3 (Ideally)
- Experience in chemical process plant shift work
- Proficient in analytical techniques such as particle size analysis, moisture measurement, and colour readings
