Title: Senior Site manager
Project Locations: North of England (Large allocation around Liverpool & Manchester, Leeds & Newcastle)
Office Location: Bradford
Salary: £50k - £55k (experience depending)
Package: Company Car or Car Allowance
Start: 20th June
Shift Pattern/Hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
My client is a family-owned main contractor with a £60m annual turnover who specialise in large design & build projects across the North of England with a focus on Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds & Newcastle areas. They are currently extremely busy and have multiple projects starting across Liverpool, Manchester & Newcastle over the next few weeks.
They are currently looking for a Northwest based Senior Site Manager with experience managing medium sized Industrial builds from inception through to completion.
The first project will be a £10m Design & Build Industrial unit in Liverpool where you will be running the job as No.1 with another site manager & Site Engineer reporting to you.
