We now have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Regional Admin Manager the successful individual will provide full admin management within the contracts department.

You will have the confidence and ability to communicate with customers on a daily basis, both internally and externally, and use your initiative to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. You will be accountable for coordinating, managing and prioritising all aspects of the work schedules for each of the technicians. This will involve negotiating with suppliers to ensure that all materials have been ordered, purchased at the most competitive price and available for the confirmed contracts. You will also manage the invoice trail for each contract from start to completion.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service to clients.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • IT Skills: Solid understanding of IT systems
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Demonstrated capacity to remain calm and productive in high-stress situations.
  • Planning Works for Contractors/Suppliers/Technicians: Experience in coordinating and scheduling tasks for various external and internal stakeholders.
  • Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.

Desirable:

Trades Experience: Previous experience in a trade role is advantageous but not mandatory.
