LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated and energetic Showroom Host to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Showroom Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a positive and memorable experience at our dealership in Birmingham. You will be responsible for greeting customers, directing them to the relevant department, and providing information about the latest products and promotions. In addition, you will assist in hosting internal and external events, ensuring that a luxury premium service is delivered throughout the customer experience. Hours

Saturday - 8am - 5pm

Sunday - 10am - 4pm

Monday - 7am - 12.45pm or 12.30pm to 6pm

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in the hospitality or retail industry
• Barista trained
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic IT skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Attention to detail and a professional demeanour
