Location:Birmingham, West Midlands

Salary: £28k - £30k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client is an established dealership specialising in electric vehicles, encompassing a variety of products such as electric bikes, scooters, and mobility solutions.

The Role:

As a Showroom Manager, you'll lead and motivate the showroom team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs by guiding and inspiring the team.
• Manage store profitability through effective sales and cost management.
• Oversee team performance, providing guidance and support for development goals.
• Control stock levels, making strategic decisions to minimise loss and ensure accuracy.
• Utilise sales data to enhance merchandising and identify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to boost showroom footfall.
• Ensure promotions and merchandising meet expected standards for a top-notch customer experience.
• Undertake any other duties as identified by the Director of Sales.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Showroom Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in a retail or similar environment, with a strong knowledge of bikes and industry trends.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Demonstrated success in retail management with solid commercial awareness.
• Mechanical experience or relevant training (e.g., Cytec qualifications) would be beneficial.
• Ability to analyse and understand sales figures.
