Warehouse Operative

UBT Recruitment are currently working with a family-run SME based in Havant are seeking a Warehouse Operative. You will be joining a rapidly growing company specialising in selling beds and medical-grade mattresses to the care industry. To be successful in this role you will need to be energetic and physically fit to support their busy warehouse.
Working hours & Salary: Monday to Friday 7am-4pm (30 minute lunch). £25,500-£27,500 per annum.
Warehouse Operative Duties:
- Daily dispatch of goods
- Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised
- Quality checking and booking stock into the systsem
- Maintenance of demo stock, ensuring it is cleaned, labeled, and stored properly
- Assisting the senior warehouse operative with day-to-day tasks
- Helping with installations and equipments audits
- Picking and packing orders
- Carrying out any other reasonable instruction to support the business
Requirements
- Ability to get stuck in and handle various tasks as needed
- Willingness to help sort out the warehouse flow
- Comfortable working in a small team (currently 1 full-time member and 1 service engineer)
- FLT Bendi experience beneficial (training can be provided)
