What you’ll do

You will be accountable for the delivery of the entire service offering within the North West of England. This includes being responsible for quality, growth, profit and cash performance The service will be delivered through effective leadership of cross-functional regional management teams and working effectively with central support teams to drive agreed organization targets. You will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with Regional Commissioners and customers, to both protect and grow revenues supporting bolt-on acquisitions, transfers, taking on new packages, and avoiding loss of hours.  The incumbent will be responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence and upholding the shared values of the organisation.
