As Production Supervisor for this Global Omni-Channel solutions business, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in high quality manual hand fulfilment services.

The Fulfilment team carry out a variety of print finishing and packing related tasks, often high volume and time intense.

Main Responsibilities:

• To read and understand job bag/works orders in order to produce the required quality of work.
• Manage and instruct employees which components are needed to fulfil works orders.
• Assign employees to work on specific products to maximize efficiency to the highest standards.
• Determine most efficient way to carry out the work, formulate plans to maximize storage and communicate plans to employees.
• Comply with Health & Safety practices at all times.
• Responsible for ensuring Company and Agency employees are trained and understand all work and policies.

Experience:

• 3-5 years previous supervisory experience in a production and/or warehouse environment.
• Forklift license (useful but not essential).
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.
