Purchase Ledger Clerk

*Urgent Temporary requirement*
I am currently recruiting for my client based in Conwy. There is the need for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join the team on a temporary basis initially for about 4 weeks. This role will ideally be full time hours, but there can be a degree of flex for the right candidate and part time applicants are also welcome to apply. The position is to help clear a back log within finance, however for the right candidate, this could turn into a long term position within a fast growing, exiting company.
Main Duties
- Using Sage 50, process invoices, matching purchase order information and delivery notes to invoices received.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Prepare payment schedules
- Handle supplier queries via email / phone
- Processing expenses
- Bank reconciliation
- Other duties required within the finance team to assist with month end reconciliations.
