Leeds 

£23,000 - £25,000 | 25 Days Holiday + BH | Monday - Friday 

Your new company

  • A global Facilities Management & Technical Services provider with a leading reputation.
  • Working on a large healthcare contract based out of the head office in Blackburn.

Your new role

  • Organising correspondence (emails, mail etc), data entry, updating excel spreadsheets.
  • Engineering support of issued works orders.
  • Document control and processing.
  • Adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Statutory Compliance updates and monitoring.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience with helpdesk a within FM, is required.
  • IT Literate (Word, office, excel, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Credible experience within a general administrative position
