Your new role

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and enquiries from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Log, prioritise, and track all service requests.
• Planning, schedueling, invoicingm raising PO's, organsing annual leave requests. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues related to FM services (e.g., lighting, heating, IT connectivity)..
• Update clients on the progress of their enquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide general information about our FM services and answer client questions.
• Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling and track completion.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous FM experience. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
