Premises Recruitment are working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
The company have a solid reputation as part of an international construction group, and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects affording their staff job security and genuine career potential.
Current projects range from £50m to £300m+ and include residential new build, mixed use development, hospitals, and university buildings.

The Project:       Major Mixed Use Regeneration Scheme (c.700 units, community areas and commercial use space)

This is a major regeneration scheme in SE London.  The scheme includes 250 affordable and shared equity properties, 220 affordable homes including keyworker homes, and 220 private sale units.
There will be community amenities, a park, new roads and cycleways and extensive landscaping, as well as a significant commercial use element.
Ground was broken for Phase 1 earlier this year and will run through to 2025, with the overall project programmed to 2030.

The Role:            Site Manager

• Site Manager to be based on site.
• You will have management responsibility for the delivery of the external packages, specifically the groundworks and landscaping,
• Reporting to a Project Manager
• You will have responsibility for managing Assistant Site Managers and subcontractors

Candidates will need to have experience as an Site Manager gained with a Tier 1 main contractor on projects of a similar scope and scale.
Candidates will need to have a stable career history displaying longevity with your previous employers.
