GS3 Recruitment are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client on a full time basis in Wrexham. Our client have a number of projects coming up, so this is an excellent time to join for professional growth and career development. 

We are looking to speak to Quantity Surveyors with a cladding/facades background who are looking for their next role. This role will be split between the new Head office in Wrexham, site days and WFH (max. 2 days/week).

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing commercial support to the site teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with the construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Experience

• Previous experience working in a similar role is essential
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field 
• Proven track record of working on varied projects within cladding/facades
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a quantity surveying role, preferably in cladding/facades
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
