We are looking for a Senior HRBP for a leading global technology company. The role

  • Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives
  • Analyse data to inform decision making
  • Lead projects in Leadership Development, Organisational Design, Career Development and more
  • Drive improvements in Talent, Performance, Engagement, Retention and Culture
  • Manage complex ER cases
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the workforce

What they are looking for

  • CIPD qualified
  • Strong strategic business partnering with senior leaders
  • Expertise in data-driven decision making
  • Experience in managing large scale HR projects including Organisational Change and Transformation
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and Transformation Programmes
  • Passion for mentoring and team development
  • Ability to prioritise and action multiple competing deadlines
  • Strong team player work ethic
