This newly created role; due to significant growth in the business will be your chance to join an existing, successful business unit (EC&I) that was the highest performing division of Adepto last year. You will develop quickly into being part of that leadership team by demonstrating our values to existing clients as well as the new clients you will be tasked with introducing into the business.

This opportunity offers someone the chance to lead people and grow the EC&I business, manage and develop existing clients, utilise Adepto’s name to win new business and will be supported in leading and developing a team.

All we ask is for experience of business development, experience in leading/coaching consultants, a background of success in a relevant recruitment discipline and the attitude to succeed.
