I am currently supporting a Shropshire school in the wonderful town of Shrewsbury in supporting them with their recruitment for an ICT and Business Teacher!

About the role:

Subject: ICT/Business

Key stage: KS3/KS4

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver exciting lessons that cater to all students
• Develop schemes of work and lesson plans that are in accordance with the curriculum
• Provide a supportive and positive learning environment for all students.
• Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students' varying needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and support student success.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, ICT or Education, or a related field (PGCE or QTS preferred).
• Proven experience teaching both subjects at secondary level, preferably in a similar educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of the curriculum.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Dedication to promoting a positive learning environment and supporting the holistic development of students.
• Commitment to upholding the school's values and ethos.
• We will seek full referencing and DBS checks will before placing.
