I'm recruiting for an engineering business in Brighton who are looking to add an Embedded Software Engineer to their team. The work involves development of C code onto ARM micros for devices used in elite-level sport.
ROLE: Embedded Software Engineer
LOCATION: Brighton (some remote available)
SALARY: up to £55,000 p/a
Essential skills for the Embedded Software Engineer are:
- Embedded C
- ARM micros (any considered)
- Electronics understanding (reading schematics & datasheets)
Beneficial skills for the Embedded Software Engineer are:
- Some exposure to higher level languages (C#, C++, Python)
- BLE / narrow-band RF exposure
- Prior interest in sport or sport technology
