·37.5 hours per week, weekdays.

Exciting Opportunity: Warehouse Operative to work weekdays in Brackley!

Join our esteemed client’s growing team as a *** Warehouse Operative *** in Brackley.  This role is pivotal for the continued smooth and effective operations of their expanding warehouse.  Our client prides themselves on maintaining high standards and delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do as a Warehouse Operative:

As part of our client's warehousing team, your responsibilities will include:

Picking & Packing – Goods Out: Timely preparation of orders for shipment, maintaining accuracy, and adhering to customer specifications. You'll conduct regular stock checks and follow standard operating procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.

Goods In: Efficiently handle incoming deliveries, including order verification and accurate data entry. You'll organise and store items in accordance with departmental procedures and manage any discrepancies or issues with incoming stock.

Returns Management: Process returns following established guidelines, identifying the reasons for returns and managing them accordingly within the set procedures.

Additional duties in the Warehouse Operative role:

Support the broader business needs by:

Ensuring accurate bin location updates in the system.
Inspecting machinery for any discrepancies or damages and reporting them.
Adjusting machines (light assembly) according to customer orders and safely preparing machines and ancillary products for transit.

What we’re looking for: Warehouse Operative

GCSE level education or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong team player capable of collaborating effectively.
Organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in computer use, particularly warehouse software.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

Experience required to be successful in the Warehouse Operative role:

At least 1 year of experience in warehousing.
Competence in using computers and willingness to handle light assembly tasks with hand-tools.
A forklift licence is preferred but not essential.

Warehouse Operative working hours:

The role offers a daytime shift, either from 9 am to 5:30 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependant on department), Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required to accommodate occasional late courier pick-ups.
