Site Works Facilities Manager

Our client are seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager who excels in delivering seamless customer service while managing their M&E, plumbing, and AC service streams to ensure effective operational delivery.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing subcontractor performance and ensuring site compliance, all while playing a pivotal role in developing and maintaining an excellent client relationship.

Responsibilities
- Day to day relationship with local intelligent client representatives and end users of the service
- Planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance delivery, managing principle and specialist supply chain partners.
- Compliance with the safe system of work and agreed health and safety management controls.
- Support site audits
- Contract quality and assurance regime, in line with customer guidelines
- Oversight and monitoring of additional small works activity (ranging up £10k)
- Undertake/support general facilities contract management activities
About You
- Understanding/ Experience of managing a large sit
- An understanding of Facilities Management
- Experience of delivering against KPIs and working with SLAs
- IOSH Certified or similar (Ideally)
- Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing and communication skills
