We are currently recruiting for a Service Technician for our manufacturing client in Alton.
Full training will be provided however you must be a motivated and hardworking individual, with some experience within customer service for this to be the right fit for you.

Day to Day:
- Provide assistance to customers over the phone and in person at the counter for any faults on equipment, queries on price, how to use equipment, and status updates on orders
- Assess, diagnose, repair, and give quotations of all jobs/equipment
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Working towards KPIs/targets
- Working on branded and unbranded company equipment
- You will ideally have strong customer service experience answering and resolving queries
- Extremely desirable to have instrument repair and fault diagnosis experience, or any transferrable skills that match this (the ideal candidate will have experience in both)
- Logical and adaptable
- The ability to work within a team environment and individually
