About the Role:

• Full-time position as an Estimator within the Groundworks industry
• Responsible for accurately estimating project costs and providing cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid proposals
• Monitor project budgets and provide ongoing cost analysis

Key Skills and Experience:

• Solid experience as an Estimator within the Groundworks industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
• Proficient in using estimating software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
