Description

• Manage the processing of payroll for over 2000 employees.
• Ensure the accurate and timely calculation of wages, benefits and deductions.
• Handle queries related to payroll from both staff and external bodies.
• Compile and maintain up-to-date payroll documents and records.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay up-to-date with regulations and legislation affecting payroll.
• Perform reconciliation of payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare reports on payroll information as required.

Profile

A successful Interim Payroll Specialist should have:

• Previous experience working within a payroll function.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and external bodies.

Job Offer
