We are looking for an experienced Lettings negotiator to join us at our state-of-the-art Manchester branch. You will be joining a highly successful team of top-quality professionals who strive for excellence every day. As an established name in the property sector we want to hear from people that are driven and ready to take their career to the next level.

From our Lettings negotiator in Manchester we want someone who has previous experience in the industry, has excellent communication skills and has excellent time management to grow with our company.

The duties that you will be required to carry out fulfilling the Lettings negotiator role are as follows:

· Dealing with Lettings enquiries
· Arranging and conducting viewings
· Following up with accurate and productive feedback to our clients
· Negotiating offers
· Lettings progression
· Diary management

What we are looking for:
· Previous Sales/ Lettings negotiator experience
· Well Presented
· Exceptional communicator
· History of hitting targets
· Self-starter and driven
