A successful Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Technical Analyst should have:

• A strong technical background with a focus on data loss prevention.
• Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations. (GDPR certification).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information.
• SC-400 Microsoft Information Protection Administrator.
• Experience and understanding of MS365 i.e. Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and typical deployments.
• Technical knowledge in the compliance and security field.
• A collaborative approach with strong communication skills.
• A proactive attitude towards improving data security within the organisation.
