Our client, a leading organisation within the finance industry, is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Business Support Assistant to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Glasgow City Centre. The office is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from train/bus station.

As a Business Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include answering telephone calls, taking messages, and dealing with enquiries. You will also be responsible for greeting guests, setting up meeting rooms, and managing various administrative tasks such as setting up new clients to the business on the internal system.


To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position within a professional firm, although this is desirable rather than essential. Strong written and communication skills are however essential, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams. You should be able to prioritise your workload effectively and meet challenging deadlines. A self-motivated attitude, positive demeanour, and professional manner are also important for success in this role.
