Job Title: Service Assurance Analyst

Location: Manchester

Salary: £75,000 per annum

Contract Type: 2 Year FTC

Our client, a leading organisation in the education industry, is seeking a dedicated Service Assurance Analyst to join their team.

• Coordinating all Service Design and Transition activities, ensuring adherence to the organisation's IT Services Strategy.
• Collaborating closely with Project Teams, Workstream Leads, and the Service Assurance Management Teams to capture Service Design and Transition requirements.
• Developing Service Design and Transition Packages, Service Introduction Plans, and operational readiness material to facilitate a smooth transition into all IT functions.
• Ensuring compliance with key ITIL processes related to Service Design and Transition.
• Assessing Solution Designs and Project Initiation documentation to ensure that new and changed services meet the organisation's standards.
• Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, managing expectations, and promoting effective communication.

Key Requirements:

• Previous relevant work experience in a similar role within the IT industry.
• ITIL Intermediate qualification (V3 or V4).
• Proficiency in Service Design and Service Transition coordination.
• Strong knowledge of progress reporting methods, service level agreements, and service delivery economics.
• Experience in business continuity planning and project planning and control.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
