M&E Manager required for a 6month project.
Day Rate £375 - £400 DOE
Location: North Manchester
Are you a skilled M&E Manager / Project Manager / Building services manager / technical services manager / site manager - if so then please read on.
My client is a technical services management company who are looking after two educational projects located in North Manchester.
The are seeking a skilled M&E manager / Project Manager to stand in a client facing role and over see the project on behalf of the main client.
You must have a good understanding of running M&E packages - coming from either bias will do.
The TSM company work on large scale projects up to the value of £10m. Covering fit outs, install and refurbs.
This is a 6month project.
You will be required to be site based so must be able to commute between sites (both based in North Manchester)
