Due to growth, my client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This role involves supporting their increasing workload, focusing on projects primarily located in the West Midlands. This is an office-based position with project values ranging from £500k to £15m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying for assigned projects
- Provide cost management and financial oversight from inception to completion
- Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates
- Conduct risk and value management and cost control
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Compile and submit regular financial reports
