Location: West Midlands 

My client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee up to three live projects concurrently and provide support with pre-construction activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide leadership and direction during pre-construction phases to facilitate seamless project kick-offs.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Project Details:

  • Locations: Mainly within the West Midlands, with occasional travel outside the area.
  • Values: Ranging from £500k to £15m.
  • Sectors: Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management and project delivery processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
