This position seeks a committed HR Administrator to support the Human Resources Department in a Not-for-Profit organisation located in Warrington.

Description

  • Coordinate and complete the administration for all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Assisting in the recruitment, training, and development processes
  • Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Supporting the HR department in implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Managing queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Conducting employee onboarding and helping to organise training & development initiatives
  • Assisting with performance management procedures
  • Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintaining agendas

Profile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

  • An academic background in Human Resources or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems
  • An understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
