Job description
We are seeking a skilled Plumber Multi Trader to join our team, you must have a minimum of 3 years experience within Plumbing and knowledge of other trades to a reasonable level for example Tiling or Carpentry or plastering etc.
Responsibilities for the Multi Trader role:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Qualifications for the Multi Trader role:
Qualification or training in the Plumbing field.
Experience working in social housing / Council or similar environments.
