Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Lead Electrician to oversee a team of 2-5 electricians. Your role will be crucial in ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. This position does not involve social housing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of electricians on various projects.
• Ensure all installations meet the required standards and specifications.
• Oversee the completion of high-end and commercial installations.
• Conduct quality assurance and safety checks.
• Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• AM2 and JIB Card.
• 2391 Testing and Inspection certification.
• Proven experience in high-end and commercial installations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
