Currently looking for Permanent  Carers to work in a  private Nursing Home on the outskirts of Rugby, you must have a passion for caring for people, empathetic and enjoy working with the elderly. 

Previous experience is not essential as training will be given, but having enthusiasm and a aptitude to learning and giving others your time and care.

Duties:

• Helping or supervising client washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Serving client meals and snacks and feeding or supervising eating and drinking
• Administering medications
• Monitoring client health conditions
• Reporting client progress and any concerns to Home Care Manager
• Use of equip like hoists will be a requirement with some clients, training will be given by the nursing home.
• Other duties as required.

Shifts:

8am – 8.00 pm (12 hr)

8.00pm – 8.00am (12 hr) 

You will be working 3 to 4 shifts per week, with every alternative weekend off.

Shifts are doing on a fortnightly rota.

Holidays 28 days, to include Bank Holidays.

Pay Rate: £11.58 per hr, no overtime or shift enhancement.
