Salary: £38k-£45 DOE
A leading inter-disciplinary consultancy in the construction industry is searching for a skilled Bid Writer to join their team. With a legacy of over 60 years in the business, they combine the agility of a small company with the strength of a large corporation. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to enhance the bid submission processes and help us achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Bid Writer, you will be an essential part of our strategic and operational teams, collaborating across various departments to craft compelling bids that support our national growth ambitions.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and evaluating potential bids.
- Utilising Practice Management System for marketing data analysis.
- Advising on marketing outcomes to optimise bid submissions.
- Tailoring bid responses to align with sector-specific demands and client needs.
- Coordinating with regional and supply chain teams to ensure comprehensive and competitive offers.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Media, English, or related fields.
- Proven experience in bid writing within the construction sector.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong understanding of bid management processes.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MS365, and Mac OS.
- A UK Driving Licence.
