Your Role:

As our Deputy Manager, you will be the driving force behind our exceptional support services. You’ll work closely with the Manager to lead a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care and support. Your role will involve a mix of hands-on support, staff management, and strategic planning.

  • Lead with Passion: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding care and support.
  • Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to enhance our services and create fun, engaging activities.
  • Support: Provide hands-on assistance to individuals, helping them achieve their personal goals.
  • Manage: Oversee staff performance, ensuring everyone is on track and supported in their roles.
  • Develop: Work towards your Level 5 qualification, continually improving your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to care.

  • Qualifications: Level 5 qualified or actively working towards it.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within the learning difficulties sector.
