We have an exciting opportunity waiting for dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Our valued client, an Ofsted-rated 'Good' school, is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

Working Arrangement: 

We are looking for a candidate with a nurturing nature and an understanding of the unique requirements that come with working with SEN students.

 Key Duties
* Assisting the teacher in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN

* Working one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide dedicated support

* Support in managing student behaviour and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment

* Assisting with monitoring and tracking student progress and providing feedback to teachers and relevant staff.

About You
Our ideal candidate will have:

* Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching & Learning or equivalent qualifications

* Experience working with students with Autism, ADHD, ASD, and non-verbal communication

* The ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff

* Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills

* A positive and patient approach to teaching.
