We are looking for a dedicated Production Leader to join our team in Leicester. If you are motivated to drive operational success and ensure efficient task completion, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the company vision, values, policies, and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Manage production to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Train and motivate the production team for operational excellence.
- Conduct staff inductions and provide necessary workwear.
- Supervise, coach, and support team members.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes.
- Monitor and report production statistics.
- Ensure optimal staffing and resource management.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Practical knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions.
- Basic PC literacy and self-motivation.
Education/Experience:
- Degree or equivalent experience in a supervisory role.
- IOSH certificate or equivalent.
- GCSEs in Maths and English.
- Experience in a production environment.
